    Little benefit when i put my finger on the face. They vanish when I take them out, and everything becomes worse when i punch at my tibia.

    Major sinus sufferer here….if these things don’t work, try putting Vicks Vapor rub in a cup of water, microwave for 1 minute and breath vapors in deeply and slowly. Do this a couple of times a day, I SWEAR it works!
